Each Created for Hope study follows a consistent format designed to help individuals or groups read, understand, and apply God’s Word. The sections below reflect how every study is organized—from the opening background and lesson questions to review pages and supporting resources—showing how each part works together to guide clear, purposeful study and discussion.
Introduction
Read this section to understand the cultural and historical background before beginning the lessons.
Lessons
Start each lesson by reading the included Bible text. Then, work through the questions that follow. Some have verse references to help locate the answer. For example, when you see (1:1–2) at the end of a question, the answer is in chapter one, verses one through two. Other questions are for personal application,. The last question, “Think About It,” focuses on salvation through Jesus Christ. We used the New Living Translation (NLT) for its readability and clarity.
Refresh
After each lesson, read the Refresh for a quick takeaway that captures the lesson’s main idea.
Lesson Notes
After each lesson, there is a page for taking notes.
Study Review
These final application questions help reinforce the overall theme of the study.
